Conditions for Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a full refund or return, unless the issue is determined to be our fault.
- We will verify your identity using the name or email address provided at the time of your order.
- Audio issues (unintended noise). If the delivered audio contains unintended noise and we are able to confirm it on our end, a refund or return may be granted.
However, if the issue is caused by your hardware or plugins within your DAW environment, refunds cannot be issued.
To assist our investigation, please provide the following:
• Microphone model
• Computer model (Windows/Mac), CPU, and memory
• Plugin names used during playback
• Any additional relevant details
Please note: If your request does not meet the above criteria or is determined to be unjustified, your refund request will be denied.
Refund Process
Once we receive your request, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable amount of time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often a delay before refunds are visible on your statement.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund—or if the refund amount appears to be incorrect—please contact us directly.
