To register, tap “Sign Up” from “MY ACCOUNT”
Please tap “Sign Up” from MY ACCOUNT and enter your email address. If you are making a purchase, please use the email address you used during the purchase. *If you do not use the email address used for the purchase, there may be discrepancies between the guest order and the account registration, which could affect the reflection of your purchase history.
Enter your email address and register
After entering your email address, follow the instructions and click the “Register” button.
Once your account screen looks like the one below, check your email inbox for the password reset email (it may take about 10 minutes for the email to arrive).
※If you don’t find it in your spam or important emails, please review your email settings and ensure that you can receive emails from bubblefeels7@gmail.com.
※Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and following the steps again.
Open the password reset link from your inbox.
If the email is in your spam folder (as shown in the example below for Gmail), tap on “Report Not Spam.” *You need to do this in order to be able to click the password reset link.
Tap the link in the password reset email.
Set Your Password
Enter a new password. If there are no errors, tap “Save.”
Once you see the message “Your password has been successfully reset,” the setup is complete.
You Can Access Your Account Again
After setting your password, you can log in again to access your account.
