Unable to Log In to Your Registered Account
If you are unable to log in to your account using the email address you registered, it may be because you haven’t set a password yet.
If You Can’t Log In with the Email Address Used During Purchase
If you’re using the email address you purchased with but still cannot log in, it may be because your order was placed as a guest, and thus, an account has not been created. You will need to start by creating an account.
To register, go to “MY ACCOUNT” and tap on “Register,” then enter your email address. Please make sure to use the email address you used at the time of purchase. Using a different email address may cause discrepancies in reflecting your purchase history, as the guest order and account registration will not match.
After entering your email address, follow the prompts and press the “Register” button. A password setting email will be sent to your email address (it may take about 10 minutes).
If you don’t see the email in your inbox after about 10 minutes, including in spam or important folders, please review your email settings and ensure you can receive emails from bubblefeels7@gmail.com.
How to Set Your Password
When you create your account through “Register” in “MY ACCOUNT,” a password setting email will be sent to you. Please check if you have received this password setting email.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox after about 10 minutes, including in spam or important folders, please review your email settings and ensure you can receive emails from bubblefeels7@gmail.com.
If you haven’t received it, you can tap on “Forgot your password?” in “MY ACCOUNT” and follow the steps to receive a password reset email. Use the link in the email to reset your password.
If you still do not receive any emails, please clear your browser’s cache and try the steps again, or contact us through the inquiry page.
After Setting Your Password
Once your password is set, you can log in again from your My Page to use your account.
Please note that for guest orders, it may take some time for your order history to be reflected.
