Conditions for Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are applicable under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, a full refund or return will not be possible, unless there is a fault on our part.
- We will verify your identity using the email address or name provided at the time of the order.
- Audio data containing unintended noise. If we cannot confirm the presence of unintended noise on our end, or if the noise is due to your hardware or a plugin in your DAW software, refunds or returns will not be possible. (Please provide the microphone model, Windows/Mac model, CPU, memory, and details of the plugins used. If you have any additional relevant information, please provide that as well.)
Please note that if your case does not fall under these conditions and we deem your reason to be unjustified, a refund will not be possible.
Refunds
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you do not receive a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
